The story.
Konstantin Hilverth is Co-Founder of Artikuno Commerce, where he helps Shopify brands turn customer support into a faster, smarter, and more scalable growth system. His work focuses on using AI, automation, and practical workflow design to help e-commerce teams reply faster, reduce repetitive work, and create better customer experiences without constantly adding headcount. At Artikuno, Konstantin works closely with founders to identify where support operations slow down, where revenue is leaking, and where teams are spending time on tasks that systems could handle better. He helps design AI-assisted workflows, automation structures, support processes, and team setups that make customer service feel simpler for both brands and customers. Before founding Artikuno, Konstantin worked across e-commerce, investment, strategy, online marketplaces, retail concepts, and early-stage startups. He supported brands and founders through funding rounds, international expansion, and operational growth. These experiences shaped his belief that fast-growing companies do not scale by making people work harder, but by building systems that work harder for them. He has also advised and collaborated on projects beyond Artikuno, including supporting the launch of Austria’s first online zero-waste supermarket. His approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, always focused on building systems that work in the real world. Konstantin studied Sociology at the University of Oxford, Finance at the University of St Andrews, and Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at Royal Holloway, University of London. This mix of disciplines gives him a broad perspective on how people, markets, technology, and systems connect. Today, his focus is on helping e-commerce brands use AI and automation in a practical way: not as buzzwords, but as tools to save time, recover revenue, improve customer experience, and support sustainable growth.
