Dipl. Ing. Kurt Adami is an AI consultant, data systems architect, and technology leader with decades of experience building advanced software, analytics, and automation solutions for enterprise environments. His work combines a strong foundation in industrial electronics and software engineering with current studies in Artificial Intelligence at Johannes Kepler University Linz. This gives him a rare mix of long-term technical experience and up-to-date AI expertise across machine learning, deep learning, large language models, reinforcement learning, and data-driven decision systems. Kurt currently works as an AI Consultant at Schoeller Ventures, where he focuses on AI applications in finance and energy, including BESS energy AI trading and reinforcement learning. His work supports the development of intelligent systems that can analyze complex market environments, support decision-making, and improve operational performance. Earlier in his career, Kurt founded and led ADAMI Systems for more than 35 years. There, he developed and internationally deployed CRM, data analytics, and data warehousing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. His software and systems were adopted across 22 countries, giving him extensive experience in building scalable, reliable, and business-critical technology platforms. Kurt has also worked at the forefront of applied AI for decades. As Product Manager at Dataservice Vienna, he led artificial intelligence product management and contributed to the development of Austria’s first commercial expert system for cash management. He also gained international research experience as a Research Fellow at Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, New Jersey. His expertise spans AI strategy, large language models, machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, CRM systems, data warehousing, big data analytics, software development, industrial electronics, and enterprise architecture. Kurt’s approach is practical, strategic, and grounded in real implementation experience. He helps organizations understand where AI can create measurable value, how to structure data and systems for intelligent automation, and how to translate complex technologies into solutions that teams can actually use. Today, his focus is on applying AI to real-world business, finance, energy, and data challenges, helping companies move from experimentation to robust, scalable AI-driven systems.
