Anton is co-founder of AI Labs, bringing his hands-on Shopify and automation experience to companies across the DACH region. Anton G. is an AI automation and Shopify operations expert focused on helping e-commerce brands scale faster, reduce manual work, and build systems that make growth easier to manage. As Co-Founder of Artikuno Commerce, Anton has spent years acquiring, operating, and optimizing Shopify stores ranging from around $300K to over $2M in annual revenue. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of the operational problems that growing Shopify brands face every day: slow support, manual fulfillment, disconnected tools, inefficient CRM workflows, rising costs, and teams that spend too much time on repetitive tasks. Anton’s work focuses on using AI, automation, and practical systems design to make Shopify operations more efficient. He helps brands automate customer support, improve Gorgias and CRM workflows, streamline order fulfillment, optimize conversion funnels, and connect tools across the business so teams can move faster with less friction. At Artikuno Commerce, Anton and his team have helped dozens of Shopify stores improve profitability, automate operations, reduce response times, organize support systems, and build scalable workflows across customer service, marketing, logistics, and store management. His approach is practical and results-driven: identify where time and money are being lost, then build simple systems that solve the problem. Anton combines technical Shopify knowledge with real operator experience. He does not approach automation as theory. He has built, managed, and scaled e-commerce systems from the inside, which allows him to understand what founders, operators, and customer support teams actually need in the day-to-day reality of running a store.
