This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of the operational problems that growing Shopify brands face every day: slow support, manual fulfillment, disconnected tools, inefficient CRM workflows, rising costs, and teams that spend too much time on repetitive tasks. Anton’s work focuses on using AI, automation, and practical systems design to make Shopify operations more efficient. He helps brands automate customer support, improve Gorgias and CRM workflows, streamline order fulfillment, optimize conversion funnels, and connect tools across the business so teams can move faster with less friction. At Artikuno Commerce, Anton and his team have helped dozens of Shopify stores improve profitability, automate operations, reduce response times, organize support systems, and build scalable workflows across customer service, marketing, logistics, and store management.
